Duration: 10-13 Weeks over summer

The Opening Act Innovation Challenge creates an opportunity for Spotify to hear from innovative and creative students attending Hispanic Serving Institutes (HSI) and Historic Black College & Universities (HBCU). Spotify identify a series of business challenges faced by the company’s teams and reduce each into an Innovation Challenge.

Spotify ask students at HBCU & HSI to submit solutions to the challenge(s) of their choice.

Finalists are chosen to take their solution to the Spotify teams hosting each challenge and winners are ultimately given a spot for internship in their Global Summer Internship Program to work directly on the challenge solution they gave.

Duration: 10-13 Weeks over summer

The Rotational Product Management rotational program (RPM) is designed to develop prospective product managers to become future product leaders with the company, in less than a year.
